What is Username Change?
Username Change is Brought to you by the Designer of products such as RPG Inferno and Inferno vBShout and the programmer of RPG Integration v3.
Username Change from DragonByte Tech is a modification designed to allow users to change their usernames at will (within your configured limits, of course).
About Username Change
Your members will no longer bug you for username changes, you can let them change it whenever they want!
It also has a history feature in the member profile, showing a list of previous usernames. This history feature uses vBulletin's own Profile Change history - no additional tables needed!
If you like this mod please hit the button to the right ---->
Please remember to click the, button to the right if you installed the mod ---->
What does 'Marking As Installed' do ?
* It helps you to stay on top of updates - members who have installed modifications will be notified by us whenever new updates are available.
* For security issues - vbulletin.org will contact all members who have installed a modification whenever a security issue is brought to their attention.
* Marking a modification as installed also helps us know how many people are using our work, giving us extra incentive to provide more features and new modifications.
Also, I noticed there were no header and body backgrounds on Username History like under the About Me tab. Was that intentional; if so, any way to add them? I tried once with custom CSS, but it made things look weird.
Feel free to post a feature request thread @ our forums - unfortunately we can't keep track of vB.org feature requests because these threads tend to grow fairly lengthy.

I don't know what you mean by the second half of your post, but you can alter the width of the columns by editing the dbtech_username_change_member_block template.
To be certain posts aren't missed, you should post in our support forums
vB.org threads are much, much harder to keep up with than threads on our own forum (as each question is its own thread)

not sure i understand i thought that was part of a support thread to suggest ??? besides you already have a post similar to this on your site ...
It's up to each coder how they wish to utilise the support thread for their modification here @ vBulletin.org (if they support the mod at all).
If you look at our profile, you will notice we have 100 releases (at the time of writing). It is entirely impossible for us to keep track of the few feature request posts in the midst of thousands of pages of support queries, at least without the use of 3rd party tools like Jira.
Since we already have 1st party bespoke tools available @ our site that will allow us to keep track of feature requests indefinitely, we choose to tell people that in order for their suggestion to get taken into consideration they need to re-post it on our site.

Would you not agree this is fair?

sorry i will stick with requesting them here ... if you have such tools on your site then you already know that there is a similar thread that asks pretty much the same thing i did on your site which you are the support or creator of this mod Fillip...
In that case, please keep in mind that your suggestions will not be taken into consideration unless there's already a similar thread for the suggestion in question.

Just because we have such tools does not mean we're going to scan through all the threads before asking people to post them in our forums - not every person is as descriptive with topic titles as we'd like
If you think about it, asking people to post suggestions in our forums may steer others with new, original ideas away from posting in these threads and towards our forums without needing to go through the steps of asking them to post there
