new posts not showing, 404 errors, spider problems since upgrade to 5.0

new posts not showing up since upgrade to 5.0. Also getting a lot of 404 errors from google. Spidering problems, etc...

looks like all my old links/posts/profiles have changed the format they were in originally... Is there an easy fix to this problem?

Were you using vBSEO prior to the upgrade? If so you'll need their help converting your old links to the new vb5 syntax or the a default vB4 stynax structure.
