Default activity stream ... wrong display
I have a problem after the upgrade from 4.2pl3 to 4.2.1 with the activity stream

When a new forum topic is started the title is displayed correctly, but when a user replies to a topic the title is displayed as the forum link (ex. forumdisplay.php?f=26)

How can I fix this please?

I found the solution, topic can be closed...
