Hidden back links will get you penalised by the search engines, if the content is yours and was posted at your site first then they will get penalised for copying, however you can get in touch with their host and ask to issue a DMCA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital..._Copyright_Act) there are websites that specialise in helping with that too
