there is bad coding in vbulletin-chrome.css revert it and it will fix your problem but it will only work for the black as the rest are messed up so much. The best thing you can do is forget this skin and install one that works. The reason it has not been recoded right from 4.1.10 it is still using the coding from that version

try this one way better than the crap above
