Remove the shoutbox link from the navbar to guest, you have to be logged in to use it
Remove the code that you have in the breadcumbs “-->”
I like the setup you have with your forums and the forum icons, nice work there but they do seem a bit busy.. do you really need the date in there, or the icons for the new post.. I’d remove the date and the two small icons for the new post.
I’ve never been a fan of the scrolling text, so I would remove it as well by the navbar breadcumbs
Since you don’t have many users or guest on, I’d suggest hiding the what’s going on box.. no one cares how many spammers have been denied registration.
The black parts are a bit hard on the eyes, I’d look for a lighter gray or find some dark blues to replace the black in the header and footer.
Remove the google ads after the first post.. if your site had 100 or even 20 users on, I could see adding ads but this is a big no no imo to load up the site with ads and no one on it. You may have more ads but adblock takes care of them. I just see the empty post that says Google after the first post.
Add a few more links (remove shoutbox) from the recommended Links in the footer. Like links that says what the site is about, good resource links from your forum would also be good here.
Change the “if this if your first visit…” text in the header. Use a notice, make it look nice. Explain to your guest why they should sign up.
The logo could use some work but that may be something you’ll get down the line.
Why is there a “home” link in the navbar, remove that as well. Your logo will take you home.
1.- Adjust the marquee speed. Not all your visitors are 20 years with spark yes.
2.- Remove the marquee bordrer or adjust the padding to a higher value, or set just bottom border
3.- Does not appears well on 1024 X 768. Yes I know that is a low resolution. But even if my hardware supports 1366 x 768, I'm using 1024x768 for easy reading for the same reason mentioned on (1).
