How is it that typing this "How Do I Remove Link From vBulletin Footer?" ...into Google renders NO instructions? Just people asking the same question and not getting any answers!
Serious documentation gap. Alright to my question. I have a vB 4 site that has two "Web Hosting" Links. They both take me to the same provider of a plugin I installed. Obviously this looks stupid not just to them, but to our site. So, How do I remove one of those links? I have to keep one because of the agreement in the TOS, but many of our users have criticized the obvious redundancy. So how do I remove it? ![]() EDIT: I guess uits not the footer as much as the navv bar above the footer. Thoughts? |

It cant possible be THAT unique that only he would know how to do this. There must be some general way to do this. |

Removal of copyright links is something that must be done through the author. It's not something that would be legally supported here or any other site.

1. Uninstall plugin.
2. Edit plugin with editor and search for the link that shows in footer. 3. Delete those links. 4. Save the document. 5. install |
