Anyone know where a "working" mod is to allow related threads in or under the first post in threads?

For 4.2 PL3?

Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> Thread Display Options -> Show Similar Threads -> Yes

Right I have done that. But they are on the bottom. So if there is 15 replies, then it is unseen above the fold
