Upgrading to vBulletin 5 questions
Hello vB users,
I have some doubts regarding the upgrade from vBulletin 4 to vBulletin 5. It is said in readme file, that I have to create a new folder for vb5 upgrade. Then what happens to the already exisiting files. Should I have to delete the old files and place the files from the newly created folder over there? Can anyone post here an easy procedure to upgrade. Because after upgrade I had to visit the forum here: oldforum/vb5 Thanks |

If you have the current site in directory /forum, then just rename it to /forumold and then upload all the vb5 files to a new /forum directory.
