When you're using a name, please try to be clear and honest. You know very well that I replied to you. More than 3 times. You got my emails as you replied to them. As a way to help you I asked you to provide me your site URL so I'll be able to design for your a header and footer matching your site's interface. I got this email 24 hours ago.
Do you think that is a one hour work to do it? Finally it's NOT about BUG, is NOT about security hole. Your issue is just a template modification and NONE company (even vBulletin) supports template/code modifications. That's why I said you that I'll HELP you and not that I'll fix it. The screenshots of this addon shows the newsletter without header and footer. Just content. What you'll add there (if you know HTML as I wrote you) is up to you.
