Not until you pruchase but just go to google and search for Vbulletin, or Powerd by Vbulletin. The peruse the sites. You can do quite a bit with themes and styles.
My site is not that heavy of a mod but it does look different. Some guys and gals here have amazing sites that are much better than mine.
No this is mine. But there are many better than mine actually in the theme gallery. Plus once you get used to it it becomes pretty easy. If you have trouble once you do it you can always ask for help here.
There are also many good designers who offer paid services that you can request quotes for. Sometimes that is the best way to start if you are established enough to pay the $.
