Error message on login - your submission could not be processed...

Hi All

Yesterday a number of users reported getting a pop up box with
"your submission could not be processed because you have logged in since the previous page was loaded. please reload the window"

This appears when you try to login with valid credientials

Users cannot use Whats New or other nav tabs except Forum, which shows the posts are all still there.

Has anyone come across this before? The url is http://coffeeforums.co.uk

in your url setting do you have http://www.coffeeforums.co.uk or without the www

Create a new style with no parent:

• Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
• Parent Style: No Parent Style
• Title: Default vBulletin
• Allow User Selection: Yes
• Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

Then, while still using that default style on your site, disable your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

Also, you say this only started yesterday? Did you ask your host if they did anything on your server yesterday? Did you do anything on your site yesterday? Do you have an .htaccess file in the directory - what is in it?
