The actual reason you get the Illegal mix of collations is that your column doesnt support the collation they are trying to use, its not from an injection, but a simple change in the column would fix the issue.
Its simply a "incompatible collation" between the two. You can leave the table as it is, or set the column to support both collations. Quote:
