It seems to me like that's not an actual error, it's the http response begin printed out. You'd expect a redirect when doing a search since it normally sends you to the results url, but I have no idea what would cause the http response to be displayed. I also couldn't replicate it when I went to the site.

Edit: ..oh, the first post does say "upon refreshing any page", so I guess that's not just a normal search redirect.
