Internet Explorer issues with newly purchased theme

Hi,

Hopefully someone can help me clear up an issue with a new theme I have purchased, as the theme creator doesn't respond to support requests.

I have purchased a theme and installed it all and it looks fantastic in Firefox, but if you look in IE, it isn't correct. I've fixed the majority of issues, but a few stand that I cannot sort:

• In the post bit, the scroll left / right and up / down bars appear (even in threads without pictures).
• The Facebook connect button drops from being inline with the welcome box.

Any ideas on how to fix these issues?

I have managed to fix a few issues with the theme (editor not displaying in IE and a few others), but the aforementioned remain.
