Is it possible to stop the automatic changing of capital letters in Thread Titles?

For example if I type in VBULLETIN it will change it to Vbulletin, how can I make it stay as VBULLETIN?

I think that's the "Prevent 'SHOUTING'" setting, in the "Message Posting and Editing Options" section of the options.
