What mod will give a Facebook style URL link? (title + first few lines of text)?

I want to create a web article link sub forum where members can post URls to interesting on line articles.

I want the title and a few lines from the article as a 'taster' / preview (just like Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+ does)

How can I manage this?

Is there a mod that auto grabs the title in the original font, perhaps grabs a favicon or site logo image and then a few lines of text - all from a URL link?

Its almost like RSS and one image would do..
