I've been with hostgator for about 7 years now. Of course people who don't understand hosts like big al are going to try to give companies a bad rep lol.
The pricing is excellent, the customer support is great and I have never had a problem with them.

If you come close to using that amount, you can put in a ticket and they will review your site to make sure it is not breaking any TOS at which point they give you unmetered resources. That is to say if the hard drives fill up then obviously you can't store any more stuff until they get upgraded.
