Vbulletin admin cp mod
It is possible to make a public mod to the pca i know that is possible to make style for it, but i mean something that changes almost everything, i really don't like the admincp of vbulletin and if vbulletin authorize that i would like to make a more userfriendly pca..

I don't see why you couldn't make a custom adminCP - someone did just that not too long ago (in other words, someone beat you to it - I'd point you to the thread but I can't remember who it was). Edit: found it: www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=282849
I don't speak for the company and I'm not a lawyer who can tell you what's legal, but it's my understanding that you can't release vbulletin code as part of your mod. So you can't, for example, just make minor changes to the admincp files and release them as a mod. But I'm guessing that if you wrote your own admincp php scripts and some small parts happened to resemble the vb code, it might not be a problem (although I have no idea what the limits on "some" and "small" would have to be). |
