Articles on how to write my own plugins/mods
Could anyone provide me link(s) on articles about how to write my own plugin/mod - which will use database and ajax features. I need several custom mods for my forum badly...
I know there's a good way to download some simple plugins and digg int the code, but probably there are any good texts to read beforehand - to understand the concepts? |

I suggest you check out the articles section on this web site - a good place to start would be mine in programming articles.
Unless you already have a knowledge of PHP, XHTML, MySQL, AJAX, CSS, etc., you're not going to be able to just dive into making mods. You're going to need to know the basics of all those languages before you can start making mods. |
