I see what you mean. Personally I haven''t seen such a mod but have a look at the Mod Section. If you don''t find a mod like that then put in a request at the paid/unpaid request section and hopefully someone will code it for you.

I activated the points through Experience, but some people use threads to make points by writing like a chat and off topic.
Moderation can't control everything, so I would limit the number of replies of each user in the same thread.
