How do i disable this new "Insert Image" of Vb4 ?

I want it like old just with url....Right now it ask me to upload via pc and then in URL it have something tick marked that upload it to own server.

I just want it like old way simply insert url...

Okay i disabled it from AdminCP > Settings > Options > message attachment options > attachment upload inputs but it still shows

Add an Image from your computer
Allowed Filetypes: jpg, jpeg, png, gif

I want to remove it completly and just url upload like old version

I also want to remove "Retrieve remote file and reference locally" This thing
