Have a licensed vbulletin forum, have someone else recomend your site, have other people second your site.

Read some past nominations.

Go to the BOTM Nominations Thread: Here.

READ THE RULES

Enter a nomination for your forum.

Wait and hope one or more people second your nomination.

If your forum receives enough seconds (varies from month to month based on the competition) it will be in next months poll, otherwise try again next month.
