Default Changing Text Colour On A Style

Hello vB World,

I am having some minor issues with the style I recently installed on my forums. Instead of going further to explain what the issue is, take a look at the screenshot here first.

There are also some other areas on the forums on which when I type something, I can't see the text that I am typing. For example, I can't see the "stars" when I am typing my password to login.

Anybody know how to change that? Thank you.

If the style was properly made go to the Admin CP -> Style Manager -> All Style Options (for this style) -> Scroll down to "Input Fields" and the "Font color" should be white, change it to black (or whatever you want.)

If it's already set to black then this style isn't set to use that value... in this case you could try adding some additional CSS to see if you can force the color of the text to something else-

Code:
INPUT.TEXT{
  background-color: white !important;
  color: black !important;
}

Whenever I try to click on "All Style Options," an orange rectangular box highlights the Style Manager box and it doesn't lead to anywhere. Apparently, I am restricted to selecting "All Style Options."

Is there any other way I could fix this? Also, it's not just the input field that I am having problems with. For example, when you see the loading screen (redirecting in ... seconds), all of that font is not visible either. It blends in with the black background. I've never had this problem before on vBulletin 3.x.x so I don't know if it's vBulletin 4.x.x or if its just that particular skin. I would really like to use that skin, however, so any fix would be tremendously appreciated.

It's definitely the skin. You are going to need access to your styles so it sounds like this orange rectangle issue should be your main concern.

Can you post a screenshot of it? If you have ticket support you may want to just open a support ticket on vbulletin.com to save time.

HTML Code:
http://i46.tinypic.com/2e0oe84.jpg
Image Has A High Resolution

I took this screenshot from a different computer and this time I don't see an "orange rectangle" however, if you pay attention to the bottom left-hand side of the screen, you'll see that there's an error on the page as I click OK to "All Style Options." Thus, I believe I am restricted to accessing that page for some reason or there is no redirection to this all style options' page.

But the funny thing is, I can't access the default vBulletin skin's "All Style Options" page either. So could it possibly a browser issue that's not letting me in?

Also, I did open a support ticket right after I made a post here, and they told me follow your suggestion since they don't support these kinds of issues apparently.

I would definitely try with another browser.

You can also click on that error to see if some more info comes up.

I don't know who you got your support ticket but it may be worth noting to them you are getting this error in your Admin CP- not on your forum so the issue is not from a custom style (which is not supported.) Your default admincp style is supported.

You could ask they transfer it to me (Joe) if they don't understand the issue.
