I saw a warning which I liked on the "StopForumSpam" forums which has a small warning during registration:
Posting links, backlinks, SEO or anything else dubious or illegal, in signatures or posts, will result in your account being banned. If in doubt, just don't do it. Harsh? Perhaps but this is the last forum in the world that will tolerate forum spam ![]() How can I have such a warning? What to edit? Thanks |

Where during registration do you want to add it? You may add it directly to that template, if you want.
To find the template to modify, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. (Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.) |

Whatever warning you want to add. You might want to put it in <div> tags. You can try and see how it looks. Or just <p> tags.
