Calendar update by form

I am looking for a calendar that could be used in a renting, or hotel type setting. What I mean by this, is instead of adding events to a calendar, I'd like them to be able to submit a form with extra bullets and input fields. When someone submits it, it'd be nice if there was a "pending reservation" on the calendar while it's waiting for a moderator to approve or deny.

I was thinking something as a reservation name on the top along with the dates. How many adults and children, and if visitors are allowed. Then a bullet for a house keeping request, and options to add fields or bullets as needed.

Another nifty feature would be if an administrator could choose to allow each option to be viewed on the calendar by others, or by other groups, while awaiting moderation and when approved.

I have been searching for something similar to this affect for a few weeks and have not been able to find it. It would really help things along for a vacation spot rental, meeting rooms, board rooms, auditoriums, etc.
