I see you're using the 2 column mod. Not all themes play nice with that mod.
Seeing the gothic theme is graphics intensive It may be as simple as you need to turn off the dual column for just that one theme. The rest of the themes seem to work ok logged in or out.
BTW Where did you find that theme? I thought the coder got out of the biz years ago.
