Ive been tring to install 1.0..10 it wont install.I get this:

Cuz I wanted to see if it was ok on a fresh install.

I did fix it.It was a mod that was installed.I had VBsecurity installed.I disabled mod by mod an that was it.So I do thank everyone for their help.

Now the only issue Im having is installing a fresh copy.Even upgrading.I get this:
