I want a "special" Members list?

If I have posted this in the wrong section I apologize.

I have a forum but know nothing about coding, php, script, bbcode, or any of that stuff.

I have users of the Forum and I have Vendors that pay to advertise their products through the Forum. I too am a Vendor of another Forum and on that forum the run an older version of vbullentin than I do so I am not sure if that is why I can't find this option I am asking about or not but here it goes........

I want the Vendors to have a Vendor List where users can click the button and the Vendors are listed out with a banner ad maybe and a link to their website. Here is an exampl,e of the site I am talking about and the option I want to integrate http://www.jkowners.com/forum/vendors.php this site runs version 3.8.6 and I am running version 4.1.8

If this is something I can do how do I do it or is there someone that can do it for me?

I hope I have explained myself well. I do apologize for my lack of knowledge but what can I do but try to learn?

Is it possible? Sure it is. However, you will need to code the page to grab the info about your vendors from you database and then spit it out into a page. There is not vbulletin option that will create the page for you.

Do you have any recommendations on where I can go to get tutorials or even better maybe someone that can do it for me? I really do not have the skill to do it myself and don't know how to post up what I need to find someone that can help me.
