[USML] Military Styles 4.2.0 (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard)
Developer Last Online: Feb 2020
A nice set of simple, light styles from U.S. Military Life
Compatible with: vBulletin 4.2.0 + Suite  Available Demos: Army | Navy | Air Force | Marine Corps | Coast Guard (The background images resize to your screen resolution :up For the most part, these styles use a lot of vBulletin's default images, so if you have missing images in these styles......well, you're missing your default images I've included each .xml individually if you want to install each style separately, or just upload one of them, and make the rest of them a child style of whichever style you imported as they all use the same images, and they all have the same template edits in them (Easier to upgrade like this ). To install, just upload the contents of the upload folder and then go to: AdminCP => Styles & Templates => Download / Upload Styles => And start importing More customizations to follow, so don't forget to click installed! Be nice, this is my first style / style release The copyright in the footer must stay intact if you wish to use my style. If you want to remove the copyright, either PM or email me and we can discuss this, or you may remove this style from your site. If you are interested in removing the branding in the footer, please send an email to admin@usmilitarylife.com. Donations (Thank you!)

Well, providing all goes well, and no more style changes are made to 4.1.8, the next release of this should help most of you out
The CSS has been cleaned up A LOT and the body has been moved been closer to the navbar since there were a couple of requests for that. You can view it live now, using the demo links provided in the first post. I'm also open to any suggestions you may have I MAY leave the alternating forum color in there for the next release. I can't get the .xml to import. I keep getting this error. What am I doing wrong?
This file was created using a different version of vBulletin from the one you are running. Your version: 4.1.5 File version: 4.1.8 |

Either upgrade your vBulletin to 4.1.8, or tick the "Ignore style version" box when importing

I really like this style. Very clean looking!
I was able to import it with the "Ignore style version" (which is didn't notices orginally) and it worked great. Now a new question, I replaced the logo and noticed I need to move it down. I use post #13 and it didn't do anything. Then I did #49 and it worked perfect! It moved the logo down. So how do I move the logo to the right? I want to play with either centering it, or just moving the left hand margin.... Right now is hugging to much to the left side. I will post the below to help anyone that has a hard time understanding this stuff (just like me). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~ Here some pics: With step #13 adjusted to -100 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~ Notice posted code say: margin: -10px 70px 0 70px; My code doesn't have the last 70px ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~ Then I adjusted per step #49, and it moved it perfectly: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~ I just change the code from 90px to 190px. |

If you want to center the logo, try this:
In the template header, find: HTML Code:
<vb:if condition="$stylevar['titleimage']"><div> HTML Code:
<vb:if condition="$stylevar['titleimage']"><div align="center"> HTML Code:
.logo-image { float:none !important; } |
