Is it possible to turn a CMS section or category title into an external link. For example, could I have a section titled Ford Trucks that when clicked on would take you to a wiki page I have on Ford Trucks? If not, any idea how complicated of a mod that would be?

Tell me this then. Is there some way to create a widget that would server that purpose? In other words a widget that would be a "Quick Links" widget where I could list my own quick links - internal and external? If so, how would I go about it?
