Hi all,

I'm in the process of modifying my vBulletin 4 installation, and I'm somewhat new to creating custom templates.

I'm designing a sort of blog/article feature for my forum, where I would like the users to be able to comment the article, and that the main post is always the largest at top (much like when looking at a mod on this site).

If I would like to use the existing way of communicating in a group discussion, how would I start? To make myself clear, I would want to apply the exact same functionality as when having a group discussion (like: group.php?do=discuss&discussionid=id) but apply it to my article/blog instead.

I assume this includes:
Custom templates,
Custom database modifications,
Custom styling etc.

I'll try to bump this as a last resort. Any simple directions on where to start is much appreciated!
