Hello i have a problem

how can i Disable the if it is not used?

For Custom BBcodes there is even the funtion "Remove tag if it is not used"

Sorry, I don't understand exactly what you want. I think the bbcode definition allows you to specify "remove if empty", but I don't see how that relates to the img tag.
