What do you mean 'fix' it? Where do you want it to show? usually it is at the very top right, so you probably used some CSS to move it down a bit, so just undo the CSS.

This is one of those things that is impossible to troubleshoot via an image. You would need to tell us exactly what you want (an image showing what you want) and give us a link to your site, and probably a test username/password to login to see the issue.
