Hey all I currently have Version 4.1.5 installed and I am getting a huge amount of spammers trying to register.
I have it in moderation at the moment and have to go through them daily to get rid of the spammers.
I have the captcha set but they still get passed that.
What is the best anti spammer add on do you think

I'm not sure about the best add-on, but you should use "question and answer" human verification instead of captcha. There are spam bots that can get by the captcha hv.

By the title of this thread I thought you were asking how to spam other forums LOL.

Try using reCAPTCHA also!

spam-o-matic is what we used today.
