Run This sql query in Maintenance -> execute sql query

DELETE FROM cms_widget where widgettypeid = 23
This problem was there in version earlier than 2.1.

You got this problem,

because you removed the product before deleting all content slider widgets from VBulletin CMS -> Widgets. (i clearly mention this in the thread.)
