merging threads - issue!
so i want 2 merge these some threads - but i create a new thread
and want to add some posts from another thread - so i merge or copy the posts but they always display above the new threads post how can i display them underneath? |

If you create a new thread and then copy posts from an old thread into this new thread, then those new posts will get put 'on top' of the first post in the new thread because those posts are older. That is how it should be. I suppose you could go in and edit the thread and post table for the new thread and change the date so that the first post is older, but I'm not sure that is what you want either.

Do what? Edit the thread and post table? Sorry, but you would need to google whatever application you use to access your database to find out how to do that. To be serious, if you don't know how to edit the database, then you should not try this on a live site at all but instead try it on your test site first. And, make sure you do a database backup and know how to use it.
