Is there a mod that allows me to have a "Like" system that vb.org uses with the heart.

Does anyone know?

The product that I believe you are referring to is vBSEO -- they use the hear as the icon for "likes", although you can easily change it.

The vBSEO version is a paid add-on to vBulletin. If you wanted a no-cost option, then you can install the 'post thanks' mod and alter it a tad to turn it into a 'likes' system. See here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=266358
