forum skin request

hello I'd like to make a request for a forum skin I'd like it to have a black background for every background on the forum with a red border for every border of the forum and have the text of the forum be red too this includes the userCP as well but I want the category icons to be this.



here's an example of what I mean but catagory icons.



the example of the category icon is circled in red but I wan't mine to be the one above the example which again is this one.




and I want it to have this logo with the skin.
