Im about to purchase another license for another forum, but i was wondering on how to make a cover page like vbulletin.com has for my site www.lower48.com I feel i can capture more people if i did. THanks!

The landing page on vbulletin.org is custom but vBAdvanced offers a free CMPS that will allow you to create very similar page.

VBAdvanced is NOT affiliated with vbulletin.org in any way. Any support for the product must be done on their own forums.
