I'm not sure exactly what you're asking for, but I think maybe it means the url to get to your forum, so if your home page was http://www.somedomain.com/forum/index.php, your forum path would be http://www.somedomain.com/forum.

It could also mean the directory path on the server to get to your files. If that's the case then you'd have to ask your host.
