We've never really needed to place users in Moderator Preview that much, or we've placed trouble makers there and they've never posted again for us to test the mod preview system. We'd like to utilize the system a little more and have a question or two.
With the exception of looking at the New Posts screen, nothing shows that there are posts that needed to be approved. Is this correct? Am I missing something? Yes, I know that we can log into the ModCP but I'm looking for something on the forum side that shows the mods/admins that posts need to be moderated. It would be really nice if there was a mod/hack that would show the number of posts that needed to be moderated in the Your Notifications drop down box and link to a page where we could quickly approve or disapprove the posts. Thoughts? |

Thank you for the response, but that doesn't meet my needs.

I don't know if that is completely correct. For me when I log in as a mod or an admin and click today's posts or new posts I can see each post which a little icon next to it tell me that this post needs to be moderated. However, I never use this method of moderation because there could be a post that I might have missed and as it isn't a 'new' post it won't show up and will get lost as new posts come in.
I always log into the admin or mod CP and moderate posts individually. Its a better a way IMO |
