Adding a comment box in user registration

I am getting foreigners that keep signing up to post spam. I have the board set to moderate new members and can usually tell which ones to delete. What I want to do is to add a box in the user registration area that will ask them a simple question as to why they want to join the forum, and they can not proceed without explaining why and that would be included with the new user email alert. I figure that will curb these non English speaking...... well you know what I mean. Anyways, I searched and did not come up with anything. Anyone know of a mod that will accomplish this task??

You can simply add a human verification question. Or, add a second level to the registration security by adding the no-spam modification for the questions AND using the image verification through vBulletin.
