Looking for someone to create a patriotic themed style / skin

I am a vbulletin 4.1.3 user. I have attempted in the past to make changed to the underlying template and it is not that easy to do. I am semi proficient with photoshop and an accomplished php and perl programmer and that still didnt make it that much easier to try and create a highly graphical style. We reached out to some of our overseas connections and could not find anyone who felt comfortable doing the work. This site is no doubt the highest concentrated location of capable skin and style designers. So we wanted to know if someone would create a custom style with some graphics centered around a american-patriotic style graphic theme. if you can do this work, please contact us.
