There should be a whole list of directories there and each should say Scanned xx files. I'm wondering if any files are listed though or if it's only the directories with Scanned xx files listed there.

If there are no files listed there, and you are using a totally default style (not the normal one), then you should also disable your plugins and then see if you still have this issue.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

Butt it doesn't work? I have do define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); in the config.php butt the toolbar dosn't want to work.

Have you tried another web browser and/or another computer? Usually when I've seen this happening it's a problem with the browser, not the forum.

You do have JavaScript enabled?

How about a link to the site with the default style and modifications off. Please also give us a test username/password and a link to a thread that we are allowed to try a test post in.
