organize smileys?

In the AdminCP, go to Smilies=>Smilies Manager

Below the box, click "Add new smilie category"

Once the new category is created, go back to the Smilies Manager and to the right of the old category, click "Mass Move". This will bring up all your smilies with dropdown lists so you can tell which category to put each one. Once you have each smilie designated to a certain group, click "Mass Move" at the bottom.
