You might go to the admin comtrol panel and click on "Plugins & Products" and then "Manage Products" and see if there is a product with "credit" in the name name, and if you find one, unintall it.

If that doesn't work, maybe the product or plugin didn't have "credit" in the name, in which case you could disable each product one at a time until the problem goes away, then uninstall that product.
