For example the name is Skanūs Receptai
Vbulletin converts it to Skanūs Receptai if you use facebook connect. It is very frustrating because most of people have symbols like that in their names. Is there a way to fix that? |

Yes I do.
At least I believe so. How do I check it out? oops... I believe I have windows-1257 but if I change it to UTF-8 the whole forum becomes a mess... with no Lithuanian letters. |

A simple check can be done by just viewing header of your forum's pages. ( View HTML source of your forum. It's says at the top of page. 2nd line usually. )
BTW, Can you check if this issue also affects regular registrations? |

Your database has to be configured to use utf as well. What version of VB? A url of your site would be useful here.
