Hello,

I'm trying to find a way to prohibit users from starting threads in a forum unless they have a custom profile field entered. Not the whole forum, just one sub-forum. This is not something I could do manually due the the number of people.

I guess what I'm actually looking for is a way to drop users who filled out this custom field into a certain usergroup that has access to this sub-forum.

I'm going to guess this is not possible.

I wouldn't say not possible, but not easy- would require someone who knew what they were doing coding wise.
