Usergroup Question

Hi,

At my forums we have a group called 'No Rank' that allows the members who do not want our custom, default ranks, to just have a blank rank; hence the name 'No Rank.' It is a public user group you can join through the Group Membership page, and anyone is free to join. Now, when someone joins they always have to use the 'Display Myself as a Member of this Group' or whatever it's called, option for the No Rank part to take effect. I was wondering, is there any way that when someone becomes a member of that group that it automatically puts that as their display group, or, at the least, make the blank rank part take effect?

Sorry if I'm not really explaining it all that well.
